Sharing Surveys via Direct Link
After creating your survey, Polling.com provides a seamless way to distribute it with your audience. Each survey generates a unique URL, allowing you to share it quickly via email, embed it on your website, or post it directly to social media. Respondents can access and complete your survey with a single clickâno sign-up required.
To retrieve the survey link, navigate to the "Surveys" page once you've completed your survey. Click on the "Share" option next to the survey you want to distribute. Copy the link, and you're ready to share it wherever you'd like. This quick and easy sharing method ensures maximum participation with minimal effort.

Passing a Customer ID to the Survey Link
If you need to pass an identifier, such as an email address or a customer number, directly to the survey for tracking purposes, you can append it to the survey link. This allows you to easily match responses to specific users, whether you're sending personalized emails or attributing to logged-in users without needing SDK integration.
To include a unique customer ID, simply append the following parameter to the end of your survey URL:

This method is ideal when you want to associate survey responses with specific individuals, helping you track and analyze feedback more effectively.
When you append this ID it will show up on the individual survey respondent details. This value will automatically be passed into Webhooks and Zapier integrations.
